Using Olark with Highrise

You're talking with your customers, now build a relationship with them.
Anyone with Olark on their site can tell you about all the candid user feedback they get. But you want more than that: maybe you want to follow up on a previous chat, or you want to review past conversations you've had with a visitor before e-mailing them.

  1. Enter you Highrise credentials on our Integration page. You can also specify if you want all conversations to be sent automatically.

  2. It's not required, but we recommend you enable our pre-chat survey so you can collect people's name and e-mail address. This makes contacting them in the future much easier.

  3. Then you just have a conversation with your visitors like normal; they see the regular Olark experience.

  4. But you have a new tools at your disposal: !lead. We'll automatically create a contact in Highrise and attach the conversation as a note. A second or two later we'll send you a link, so you can add any additional informaiton while it's fresh in your mind. Feel free to keep talking with your visitor, when the conversation is compleated we'll update the note.
